HYDROMAN PIPE FITTINGS with 24° sealing cone and O-ring PROVIDE DOUBLE PROTECTION AGAINST LEAKS: In addition to the ELASTOMER seal, the fittings also have a metallic seal due to the tapered shape of the sealing cone. fittings are used in high pressure areas where there are strong vibrations, high pressure peaks and loads to be used. On the screw side, the sealing is provided by an O-ring, and on the pipe side, the sealing is provided by the metal surfaces between the conical cone and the spacer ring.
