Check valves are hydraulic circuit elements that give passage to the hydraulic fluid in one direction.
SIMPLE CHECK VALVES
They are produced with and without spring.
Usage purposes;
By-pass of the throttle points
In blocking of flow in one direction
To generate a certain counter pressure in circuits
Spring-loaded ones can be installed horizontally and vertically.
Springless ones can be used to separate the leak harbors from each other (3-5 bar pressure may not be required in the leak line)
Bials have a disadvantage compared to popet ones, because the ball does not sit in the same direction each time, scratches may occur on it in different directions and leakage may occur from here.
