With the aim of a greater “flexibility” in the final assembly process of its systems, one of our customer in Veneto (in the north of Italy), an international leader in the metal working industry, has purchased a complete line of equipment for high pressure hose processing, thus moving this important operation within its company.
What are the main advantages they have experienced since the first minute?
Without any doubt, the reduction of supply times and related costs.
Then they have also improved their plant’s layout thanks to a customized preparation of their assemblies.
The new hose processing line includes a crimping machine, model Tubomatic H130ES (for hoses up to 1”1/4 six spirals and 2” four spirals) and a cutting machine model TF2 provided with measuring hose holder.
In order to provide the highest quality of their products, they have also purchased a multifunctional unit for tube processing, our model CENTER JUNIOR, which is able to perform many operations such as cutting, deburring, bending, DIN2353 rings preassembly and 37° flaring.
The multifunctional unit is mobile, so there is a reduction both in handling within the department and in times processing.
They have also improved the precision of their process (which was already very high), their reliability and durability and, last but not least, the aesthetic uniformity of the hydraulic line.
To complete the supply, they have purchased some useful accessories, such as the SR8 hose reel and a hose holder, to better organize the new production department, ensuring order, safety and efficiency.
