Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine Manufacturing
Hydraulic hose press is a tool used to assemble hydraulic hoses using hydraulic power. These presses are designed to firmly join hoses using the pressure of hydraulic systems.
Some key features of hydraulic hose press are:
1. Pressure Capacity: Hydraulic hose presses have sufficient pressure capacity to tightly join hoses generally used in high pressure systems.
2. Various Molds: They come with a variety of molds for different hose diameters and types, providing flexibility to mount different hoses.
3. Easy to Use: They generally have a user-friendly design and are equipped with ergonomic features so that operators can use them easily.
4. Safety Features: Hydraulic presses are often equipped with safety measures, designed to ensure the safety of operators.
5. Durability: Made of durable materials for industrial use and designed for long-term use.
Hydraulic hose presses are important tools frequently used in industrial areas and offer a reliable solution for correct assembly.
The hose press you need for Hydraulic Hose Manufacturing is produced as Seide brand with the assurance of Hidroman.
Things to Consider When Choosing a Hydraulic Hose Press
There are a few important issues to consider when choosing a hydraulic hose press. Here are some of these topics:
1.Press Capacity: First, it is important to determine the capacity of the press, such as the maximum pressure it can carry and the hose diameter. This will help you choose a press with sufficient power and capacity to meet the needs of your application.
2.Hose Length and Diameter: It is important that the press is suitable for the length and diameter of the hoses you want to work with. Cutting and pressing the hose to the correct dimensions is important to ensure a solid connection.
3.Press Type and Features: There are different types of hydraulic presses for pressing pressurized hoses. For example, there are presses with different operating systems such as manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic presses. Also consider the press's capabilities to properly cut, press and connect the tubing.
4.Safety Features: Pay attention to safety features to ensure safe operation of the press. These can be emergency stop buttons, protective shields or various safety sensors.
5.Ease of Use and Ergonomics: It is important that the press is easy to use. Easily accessible controls, ergonomic design and a user-friendly operation process can improve work efficiency and increase operators' comfort.
6.Durability and Quality: It is important that the press is durable and made of high-quality materials. A reliable press will be more suitable for long-term use.
7.Service and Support: It is important to check whether after-sales service and support is available from the seller or manufacturer. It is important to have a source from which you can obtain technical support or spare parts when you need it.
These factors include some important considerations when choosing a hydraulic hose press. It is important to choose the right press, taking into account the requirements of your application and conditions of use.

MOLD REPLACEMENT
After the mold to be used is selected, the spring pins are pulled with the mold changing apparatus and the molds are set in place one by one. The molds are removed by pulling the spring pins with the help of the apparatus in the same way as the disassembly process.
MICROMETER SETTING
According to the diameter size to be pressed, micrometer adjustment is made with the help of the table below. Micrometer 0 Setting: 10.7mm.
Important Note: The given hose pressing dimensions are for the hose+coupling+sockets purchased from Hidroman.
valid. If a different material is used, the pressing dimensions will change.
What are the Hydraulic Hose Press Types?
Hydraulic hose presses are tools that are generally powered by a hydraulic system and used to shape, assemble or connect metal or plastic hoses. These presses can be of different types:
1. Manual Hydraulic Presses: These are simple presses that transmit the physical power of the operator through the hydraulic system using arms or cranks. Suitable for smaller scale operations.
2. Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Presses: These are presses with some automation features. In these presses, the operator places the workpiece and starts the pressing process with the hydraulic system by pressing a button.
3. Fully Automatic Hydraulic Presses: These are presses that operate completely automatically. Operations such as inserting, pressing and removing workpieces occur automatically. Automation increases efficiency in the production process.
4. Portable Hydraulic Presses: These are small, portable hydraulic presses. They are generally used in the field or in mobile applications. These types of presses are ideal for on-site repairs or assembly operations.
5. Pipe Press Machines: These are presses specially designed to create pipe or hose connections. They are generally used in industrial pipe assembly and plumbing works.
6. Profile Press Machines: These are presses designed to shape profile pipes or metal sheets. They are widely used in the metalworking industry.
These are the general types of hydraulic hose presses, but more specific press types can be found depending on industrial needs and intended uses.
