Hydraulic Cylinder Revision Hidroman carries out all revision operations of defective or needing renewal hydraulic cylinders within its own structure. The cylinders that come to the service department are disassembled, all parts are checked and the damaged ones are determined and revised or new ones are manufactured.
If the hydraulic cylinder sleeve and rod can be revised, the sleeve is honed, the rod is grinded and chrome plated. After the revision, the measurement is checked and the cylinder is tested and delivered.

The purpose of using hydraulic cylinders is generally to mobilize a mechanism. If we need to explain the definition of hydraulic piston in more detail, it is the name given to the mechanism that converts the liquid (oil) energy into motion energy using the piston system.
Of course, the mechanism we call piston has many intermediate elements and parts. Some of those; Rod End, Front Cover, Union, Pipe, Rod, Piston, Back Cover, Lug, Wiper, Nutring, O-ring etc. are such elements. Some of the terms here are not used in Machine Pistons, while some are used seriously in the construction machine industry. These terms are referred to in the market as sealing and fasteners. In fact, we can think of the system as a syringe (injector) system. Oil is pumped into the hydraulic cylinder from the hydraulic pressure vessel located outside. This pumped oil is sent between the hydraulic cylinder liner and the rod, and with the oil pressure, the rod system inside begins to elongate (the duty of the sealing elements occurs here) and thus the motion energy is formed and the mechanism becomes mobile. Generally, hydraulic sleeve (Cylinder or Pipe) is manufactured from ST52 material. This may vary depending on the requests of some projects and companies. The wall thickness of the pipe is calculated mathematically according to the pressure of the piston to be activated in the system and the Rod Shaft piston is manufactured accordingly. This is actually a detail that will show the power of the system.
