WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PROTECT?
The answer is very simple, just take a few minutes to do the following.
1. Only experienced people trained in this field should intervene in the hydraulic system.
2. The person who will interfere with hydraulic system malfunction must wear all protective clothing.
3. Valves in Hydraulic System should be placed in Neutral position.
4. The hydraulic cylinders are checked to see if they are under load and the cylinders under load are placed in the neutral position.
5. Hydraulic system is stopped and all switches are checked.
6. Manometers in the hydraulic system are checked one by one to make sure that the pressure values are “0”.
7. Since hydraulic cylinders are moving parts, necessary measures must be taken to prevent the equipment connected to the cylinder from moving before removing the hoses attached to this line.
