Manual Hydraulic Hose Press
We have redesigned the concept from scratch to make our on-site hose pressing machines in the smallest sizes more ergonomic. Carryed like a briefcase, the weight of the hose press stays close to the leg, reducing the strain on the operator's back. During operation, the handle of the hand pump is placed at a 90-degree angle from the opening of the head to make the operating position ergonomic. TRUE. Besides this, the handle is bent to create a natural and ergonomic grip for the user. The dies are integrated into the press, meaning no more messing around with the dies.

-3 / 16 – 3 inch is a fast and safe machine suitable for serial pressing to be used for pressing all kinds of fittings.
- 8 squeezing apparatus move simultaneously in a conical head and carry out the squeezing process. This simultaneous advancement eliminates taper, shrinkage and possible pressing errors.
- The squeezing process in the machine, which has a total of 96 squeezing apparatus, is carried out with the hydraulic working principle.
- The clamping apparatus and the head are made of 4140 work material and by applying appropriate heat treatment, the service life is extended and thus deformations such as crushing and cracking are eliminated.
- The appropriate squeezing pressure is set at the table value between 20 - 350 bar.
- Micrometer adjustment option is available for precise adjustments.
- Foot pedal is standard for easy operation.
