We have redesigned the concept from scratch to make our smallest on site crimpers more ergonomic. The perfect solution for repair work on-site with a weight at only 20 kg. H16P is equipped with a carrying handle and a two meter hose so it easily can be moved or lifted to the object to be crimped. As power source we can offer a hand pump or an air driver pump.

True Ergonomic portability!
We have redesigned the concept from scratch to make our smallest on site crimpers more ergonomic. Carried like a briefcase, the weight of the crimper stays close to the leg and saves the back of the operator.During operation the handle of the hand pump is placed in a 90 degree angle from the opening of the head which makes the work position ergonomically correct. Besides that, the handle is bent to create a natural and ergonomic grip for the user. Dies are integrated inside the press which means no more mess with the dies.
The machine is designed to fit the operator.

What would the cost be for bringing in a service technician to calibrate the machine? This is no longer a problem.
With our new D AutoCal system the machine warns you in intervals when calibration is needed. In a process using a hardened precision bar supplied with the crimper you´ll make the calibration on site yourself. The calibration will take you about 10 seconds to perform, no training required. This is just the one of the innovative features of this crimper.
It also has multifunctional digital control, faster and safer entry of swaging data, no confusing micrometer, and a crimper control panel positioned on the side to create an ergonomic workplace for the operator. The molded hydraulic tank
enables filters and other parts to be easily accessible for service. Furthermore, we have been able to make the crimper very compact to fit on a work bench. It has a fast swaging cycle and many more advantages for you to discover.

For the toughest hydraulic applications or the larger size industrial hoses, H70 is the choice! With 350 ton crimping force and 220mm opening the range of crimping application is covered. For easy access of the large size hoses H70 can be tilted and the hose/tube doesn’t have to be lifted more than 30cm from the fl oor. For production purpose “stand up” position is to prefer. To H70 you can choose between two controls, the more advanced and fl exible CTS version or basic version. All parts are made of high quality steel with rust protective treatment to ensure long lifetime.

With H120 on site you are very well equipped for the high volume production. 300 tons of crimping force and 155mm opening also enables a wide range of crimping applications. With the CTS (colour touch screen) control the functionality of the crimper is wide; storage capacity of many part numbers and die sets, easy search functions, easy calibration and much more. When extra options not needed the Basic version with only crimp, open and diameter setting is the choice.

Basic
Simplicity at it’s best!
With only crimp, open and teach in button the basic control is very simple.
“The open position” is set by pushing the “teach-in button” at the position
you wish to open up to. Crimping diameter is set on the micrometer screw.
Despite its simplicity are features as easy calibration and several
more are available.
