APPLICATION FORM FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") and the relevant legislation, the data controller is entitled to Hidroman Hydraulic San ve Tic. ("Authority") You have the opportunity to obtain information by applying in writing.

I. PURPOSE

With this application form, your personal data;

requesting information if it has been processed,

If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

II. APPLICATION PROCESS

Our institution concludes your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our institution may accept and process the request or reject the request in writing by explaining the reason. If the application is caused by the error of our Institution, the fee charged is returned to the Relevant Person.

III. CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION

The information provided by you must be accurate and up-to-date, and our Institution does not accept responsibility for any claims that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information in the content of this form or unauthorized application. In order to ensure data security, our institution may request additional information and documents from you for identification purposes (eg. Copy of identity card or driver's license, etc.) reserves the right to request.

IV. İSTİSNAİ HALLER

On the other hand, since the following situations are not within the scope of the Law, the right to make a request regarding these issues will not arise:

Processing of personal data by real persons within the scope of activities related to themselves or their family members living in the same residence, provided that they are not given to third parties and the obligations regarding data security are complied with.
Processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning and statistics by anonymizing them with official statistics.
Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or does not constitute a crime.
Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defense, national security, public security, public order or economic security.
Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or enforcement authorities in relation to investigation, prosecution, trial or execution proceedings.

In the following cases, only the right to claim compensation for the damage will arise.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or for criminal investigation.
Processing of personal data made public by the person concerned.
The processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of supervisory or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions, based on the authority granted by the law.
