Oil change is a critical process in hydraulic systems. However, the general approach is to accept the oil as clean because the oil to be put into the system is new. This assumption is wrong especially for hydraulic systems where proportional valves operate. If the oil change is made without using a transfer unit, foreign particles may be mixed into the system in cases where the cleaning of other materials and apparatus is not taken care of. To eliminate adverse conditions, it is recommended to use hydraulic oil transfer units with filtration feature during hydraulic oil change. Seide brand filtration units designed by Hidroman Hydraulics can be used for these applications. It is very easy to use, RK90 is portable and its total weight is 18 kg. Pump flow is 12 lt / min. It has 0.45 kW single phase 230V AC or three phase 380V electric motor. The filter element is 10μ and has a permeability capacity of 90g with a permeability of 450lt / min. Again, portable filter elements have 5μ, 10μ, 25μ and 60μ alternatives. The dirt holding capacity varies between 90 and 160g depending on the type of element used. In addition, the particle counting device, that is the particle counting device, can be optionally attached to the system. In addition, 5 micron filter elements can be used as an option. Since each of the 3-stage filters has a transmittance of 950lt / min, it has a very economical use as the filter element replacement period will be 4-5 times more than equivalent products.
