It is a fast and safe machine suitable for serial pressing to be used for pressing all kinds of -3 / 16 – 3 inch unions.
- 8 squeezing tools move simultaneously in a conical head and perform the squeezing process. This simultaneous advancement eliminates taper, puckering and possible pressing errors.
- In the machine, which has 96 clamping apparatus in total, the clamping process is carried out with the hydraulic work principle.
- The clamping apparatus and the head are made of 4140 work material and by applying appropriate heat treatment, the service life is extended and deformations such as crushing and cracking are eliminated.
- Appropriate squeezing pressure is made by adjusting the table value in the range of 20 – 350 bar.
- Micrometer adjustment option is available for precise adjustments.
- Foot pedal is standard for easy working.
