The Hydraulic Power Unit is used as a power source for other hydraulically actuated equipment such as boom motions, pumps, etc. in heavy machinery rock crusher systems. Equipped with 2 hydraulic circuits, the Hydraulic Power Unit can simultaneously power multiple equipment (for example, a skimmer and oil transfer pump). The Hydraulic Power Unit is equipped with four-point lifting eyes and forklift channels, making it easy to use on land or offshore. The Hydraulic Power Unit is housed in a steel frame designed to protect the diesel engine and provide good air circulation. The Hydraulic Power Unit is equipped with electric start and includes a control panel and hydraulic oil cooler in the frame and spark arrestor as standard. It uses a proportional hydraulic valve system that allows easy adjustment of oil flow to the supplied components. The system is load sensitive and provides a constant flow while the pressure changes according to consumption. For safety reasons, the hydraulic power pack is equipped with an automatic shut-off system and will be shut down, for example. due to low oil pressure, high oil temperature, low hydraulic oil level or high hydraulic oil temperature.
