TBM (Tunnel Borning Machine) Revision

TBM (Tunnel Borning Machine) tunnel production machine, which was produced by the world famous German machine manufacturer Herrenknecht, was brought to İzmir for the opening of the metro line. As a result of our meetings with the contractor and Herrenknecht officials, they authorized Hidroman for the complete revision of the hirdolic system of this machine.

TBM itself is a machine that works like a factory. As Hidroman, we have realized the replacement of all hydraulic hoses and fittings, maintenance and revision of hydraulic pump, electric motor, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve and renewal of pneumatic equipments with our on-site service.

After the completion of all revision procedures, Herrenknecht control team from Germany performed the checks and tests of our revisions for 1 week and gave the work approval of TBM.
