What is Load Control Valve? How Does the Load Holding Valve Work?
Load Control Valve Basic Features
Working parts are hardened for maximum strength. Its strength is designed for at least 4: 1 Safety Coefficient. The springs inside the valve do not lose their properties even after 10.000.000 operations. All spring types can work in the range of 40-350 Bar. Their costs are low. Low leak (6 drops / min maximum) 350 Bar and 300 lt / min. They can work up to permeability Standard pilot warnings; 1.75: 1, 3: 1, 8: 1.15: 1
Calculation of Pilot Pressure
Pilot Pressure = Set Pressure - Head Pressure
Pilot ratio
20 bar = 210 - 150/3
If the valve is on the large area side of the cylinder
Calculation of the pressure required on the shaft side for opening the valve:
= Set Pressure - Head Pressure
Pilot ratio +1 / Area Ratio
17 bar = 210 - 150/3 + 1/2
If the valve is on the small area side of the cylinder
Required pressure calculation on the large area side to open the valve
= Set pressure - Load Pressure
Pilot Ratio + Area Ratio
12 bar = 210 - 150/3 + 2
In Hose Explosion Protection (JCB) in Telescopic Boom Construction Machines Boom load control (SkyHigh) in human-carrying lifts In Motion Control of Tracked Vehicles (Extec, Powerscreen) In Hook Lift Motion Control (Multilift) Crane Control (Motion Control & Lockout) Bucket Boom Locking system during lifting In Rock Drills (Atlas Copco) In Concrete Pumps (Schwing) Pressure compensated pilot supported. It is a specially modified valve that has been transformed into a Standard Catalog valve. Suitable for 3C cavity like other “060” Series valves. 180 l / min. designed according to either. (standard is 120 l / min) Independent of downstream pressure, spring chamber vented to atmosphere and does not require a separate drain line. Available in Pilot Ratio 8: 1 and 3: 1. Manufactured in high volume (29000 pa)
