HİDROMAN hydraulic units, which are used to pressurize oil, water or aggressive fluids, can produce pressure up to 7000 bar (101.000 psi). Hydraulic systems can also be used for all kinds of testing, tensioning and tightening. It is compact and ideal for all applications requiring a certain pressure.

In HİDROMAN hydraulic units, the pressure is generated by a pneumatically driven HİDROMAN high pressure pump. Hydraulic units work with the air supply from the industrial air line, no electrical energy is needed to generate the pressure.

HİDROMAN high pressure pumps are used in all HİDROMAN hydraulic units.

HİDROMAN hydraulic units are equipped with all necessary equipment for easy operation and trouble-free application. Some of these equipment are pneumatic filter regulator, pressure gauges, on-off and relief valves.

In hydraulic oil applications, the pumps are mounted inside the oil tank in order to be compact and save space. With water or aggressive fluids, the pump is mounted on the tank. We have different tank options from 6.5 L to 70 L. Larger sized tanks can be produced on request.

On request, the tanks can be equipped with carrying handles or wheels (recommended for all type G pumps and for tank capacities of 30 l).

A manifold block can be used on the high pressure lines of hydraulic units, with a pressure relief valve, as well as one or more pressure outlets to connect your test pieces. (can be closed separately or completely)

For indication and monitoring of working pressure, pressure gauges with glycerine in accuracy class 1.0 or 1.6 can be delivered in different sizes for pressures up to 7,000 bar.

HİDROMAN hydraulic units are ready for connection with the above-mentioned scope of supply. To start the hydraulic unit, it is only necessary to connect the drive air hoses and fill the tank with the liquid to be pressurized.

High pressure homogenizers are used for many applications in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and environmental industries where it is necessary to achieve particle sizes with nano size.

Note: HİDROMAN Pumps MO and S series can be mounted inside the tank.
