Oil Service Units
Simple, fast and compact. With the RK 91 oil service unit, hydraulic or lubrication systems can be easily filled and cleaned. Compact size and ergonomic design allow easy use in minimal workspaces. Protection of components by fine filtration Filter elements in the system can be filtered in different microns by using 60 micron, 25 micron, 10 micron filter elements. The last stage filter element has a 5 micron element option for more sensitive cleaning. Particles can be counted with an electronic pollution measuring device for pollution measurement in the system. Direct connection can be made with minimes connection on the lines. Written report is obtained with the measurements made with this device. It specifies the number of parts in different diameters from 2 microns to 100 microns and corresponding NAS and ISO standards.
The RK 91 comes ready to connect equipped with hoses. For easy transport, the electrical cables and the suction and return hose are fixed to the carrier device with support apparatus. Additional tools can be placed in the basket of the carrier device.

RK 91 units consist of 3 options, with 3.2 and 1 filter;
3 filters: 60 micron, 25 micron and 10 micron,
2 filters: 25 micron and 10 micron,
With 1 filter: 10 microns.
The sensitivities of the written filter elements can be changed upon request.

Unrivaled ergonomics
Superior technology and excellent design are useless if the operator can move the service equipment with only great physical effort. Therefore, ergonomics was of primary importance when designing the RK 91 units. Thanks to its optimized weight distribution, the RK 91 can be tilted from a standing position with minimal effort. In the tilted position, the RK 91 can be moved by walking upright and the pressure on the back is eliminated.

Cleaning Speed
The cleaning speed depends on the efficiency of the filter elements (βx (c)), the nominal volume flow (Qnominal) and the oil volume (Vact). In graphic D1, the cleaning time is shown according to the filter fineness (display of the cleaning classes according to ISO 4406:1999). Values are recorded by laboratory methods and are derived from environmental conditions.
